WARRANTY CONDITIONS
• Warranty is for repair or replacement only.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, physical abuse or misapplication.
• Warranty is void if the product has in any way been modified by the customer.
• Warranty is good for 30 days from delivery date of product, unless otherwise stated.
• Datpcstore is NOT A REPAIR FACILITY, but will assist Datpcstore Customer at Customers Request.
ITEM PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All item pricing and availability is subject to change. An available quantity displayed on the website does not guarantee the item will be available. Any price displayed is not guaranteed. Pricing information displayed at the time of Credit Card authorization will be honored for any available items. Items with "Special Order" displayed are subject to price change at any time.
datpcstore we make every endeavour to carry ample stock of all products and will not sell out of stock items only at special requaest from Customer, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within 2 week or so.
Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. Although you may have placed your order when an item was showing "In Stock" it may be out of stock by the time your order is processed if there are orders preceding yours. If this is the case, we will contact you within 24 hours and inquire as to whether you wish to proceed or receive a full refund.
