Address Verification (AV)
Datpcstore verifies the Cardholder's address with the Issuing Bank. Address verification.
Address verification is a precautionary measure Datpcstore.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added. We will verify your bank using the Credit Card you provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra time to verify any alternate ship-to address.
Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. Let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that Datpcstore must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud or Chargeback’s. Then, simply give us a call at 1-206-396-9332 to let us know and we will re-try address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Signature Required For Delivery (SRFD)
Datpcstore will require the Cardholder's signature on some delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8AM to 2 PM Pacific Time. Any orders placed after 2 PM Pacific Time will not be processed until the next business day. Datpcstore will not be responsible for any freight charges if package does not ship same day regardless of cutoff time.
Orders for items with "Special Order" displayed will not be available to ship for a minimum of 5 business days (and up too 7 days for shipping items that require special truck delivery weight is over 100 pounds. Plasma TV, Home Automation, etc...) After the date of the order. All orders for "Special Order" items are subject to availability and May be cancelled by Datpcstore at any time.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders are subject to cancellation by Datpcstore. If your order is cancelled due to item unavailability, you will be informed and your credit card will be fully refunded the same business day. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may call or mail to do so. However, there may be a 5% cancellation fee applied at the discretion of Datpcstore if your order has already been processed for shipment. If your item has already shipped, you must wait to receive it and then return it. The item will then be treated as a non-defective return, and the standard 20% restock fee will be charged.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time your order is placed. In case of order cancellation, your card will be refunded the appropriate amount, usually within 10 business day.
EXCHANGES
A return authorization will be issued at the time the exchange order is placed. Exchange units must be received by Datpcstore within 3 days or the customer will be billed the full purchase price and any item received after will be returned expired.
Exchange items must be received in repairable condition as follows: structurally sound and without any physical damage as may be incurred by fire, water, electrical current, smoke or shipping. Monitors must not have burnt screen. Heads on drives must not be damaged.
If it is necessary to return an advanced exchange purchase for full credit, a new return authorization number must be issued by Datpcstore.
RETURNS
A return authorization number is required for all returns. A request for a return MUST be received within 10 days of the customer receiving the item.
Non-defective items, or items returned due to customer error are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Special orders may not be returned or will be subject to a higher restocking fee if authorized for return.
Return authorization numbers are valid for 15 days and must be clearly marked on the outside of the package as well as on any paperwork accompanying the return. All parts must be verified by serial number to be authorized for return. The original Datpcstore invoice must be included with the returned part(s). Datpcstore reserves the right to refuse any return that is believed to have been damaged and/or tampered with by the customer.
Replacement items will be shipped via UPS Ground upon Datpcstore receiving the returned part. Replacement time is subject to item availability.
All sales on Memory, Hard Drives and CPUs are final.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If evidence of shipping damage is noted, customer must promptly file a claim with the freight company. Datpcstore is not responsible for damage incurred during shipment.
